Nog steeds heeeeel veel jurken

Het laatste bericht is al weer 3 jaar geleden... 

Nu corona (even) voorbij is, de feestjes weer starten, de hoogste tijd voor een korte update.

Er zijn nog steeds heeeeeel veel jurken, bruidsjurken, schoenen en meer.

Zie je iets wat je mooi vindt, of vind je het juist fijn om aan te worden gekleed? Stuur me dan even een appje en dan maken we een afspraak.

Vandaag weer 6 jurken aan een moeder met 2 dochters verkocht. Ze waren zo blij! Moeder voor een mooi diner, en dochters voor afstudeergala en schoolgala. Hoe leuk!

Spring is in the air...

We're almost there .. after a snowy weekend we're all waiting for the first rays of springtime sunlight!
It has been a while you've heard from me but MirreMirre has been quite busy last winter. During Christmas several MirreMirre dresses were shown at cocktails and galas.... and in February some woman were shining in their MirreMirre dress during the first weddings of the year.

And ... listen .... the collection has been expanded again, now with more then 100 dresses, 60 pairs of shoes and accessories. Below an impression of some new dresses that have arrived.

Pretty (Pregnant) Brides

The summer is already over and the first MirreMirre clients are already making appointments for Christmas. But, I would love to tell you something about this summer when many women were shining in a MirreMirre dress. Thanks for all the nice pictures!
4 beautiful (pregnant) brides ...

Anouck came by for a colored wedding dress for her bohemian wedding on Blijburg, Amsterdam. After many colored dresses we tried a white dress ... After the wedding she wrote: "I got so many compliments on the dress! Everyone thought it was beautiful. They all know now who MirreMirre is :) Glad you advised me to go for the white dress".





















Ingrid bought her wedding dress several months ago, the challenge was to dress the pregnant Natasha. All the way from Groningen to The Hague to find the perfect dress with enough space for the baby to come... And Ingrid ... tried on a matching dress and used the one she bought for another party. After the wedding she wrote: "The dresses were a huge success! Big wow factor!"

Peter and Nicole had a deal, she always went shopping with him and now it was his turn. Peter saw the storm coming and searched and found a solution von the internet, MirreMirre. Nicole was already a client before she came for her wedding dress (being very pregnant) and last week the whole family returned for the third time. All the way from the south of the country and now ... with a 2 weeks old baby. Very very nice! and ... handy a man that helps!

Since 1934 the English opera festival has been held at Glyndebourne (an English country house in East Sussex). The festival is particularly known for the operas of Mozart, Gershwin, Janáček and Handel.
It is tradition that women wear evening gowns during the festival.

Nani and Sabine strolled around in 3 MirreMirre dresses during the festival in 2011, this year it was time to go myself. How beautiful!

In the afternoon we went to the country house for a delicious picnic. The weather was sunny with a breeze, just right for a picnic. At the beginning of the evening the opera "The Cunning Little Vixen" by Janáček started. During the break everyone enjoyed their dinner before the second part of the opera started.

The country house was so beautiful! And great to see everyone looking so well dressed and enjoying their walks in the garden...

During the Dutch summer, nothing is certain! Yesterday I had lunch and a coffee on the terrace and at the end of the day I cycled home in the pouring rain ...
Each morning I wonder: Boots or pumps? Tights or bare legs? Jacket or bare shoulders and finally that summer dress ... Ideally, in this time of the year, the previous considerations should be ... heels or ballerinas? Belt or bow? Nude or black?

Pregnant in a MirreMirre dress

350 dresses, 150 pairs of shoes, dozens of bags, jackets, belts moved from Amsterdam to The Hague.
A special MirreMirre large walk-in closet and a separate room to receive MirreMirre customers, made it worth it to move to The Hague;-)

Angelique was the first customer who drove from Amsterdam to The Hague to find some MirreMirre dresses for a photoshoot of her 8 months belly and  a wedding. In the spacious and bright room the mother of Angelique was the jury... the pictures below are the result!
